A Robert Harrop Designs Limited painted resin figurine titled You hum it, I’ll play it! from The PG Chimps Collection, commissioned for PG Tips. The sculpture depicts two anthropomorphic chimpanzees in character attire. One chimpanzee is seated on a green removal crate marked A. SHIFTER & SON (REMOVALS) while playing an upright piano. The second chimpanzee is seated nearby holding a yellow mug. The scene is presented on a circular base featuring a simulated rug and tiled floor. The reverse edge of the base is marked © R.H.D. LTD 1997. The underside is finished with green felt and retains the original manufacturer’s label featuring the item code PGS01, the PG Tips logo, and copyright attribution to Van den Bergh Foods Ltd 1997.
