This lot comprises a Swiss .935 silver open face pocket watch and a sterling silver decorative handle. The pocket watch features a white enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers and gold-tone star decorations. The case is constructed from silver with a darkened gunmetal-style finish and a rose gold-tone crown, with the interior stamped 0.935 and serial number 122991. The second item is an oblong sterling silver handle, possibly from a clothes brush, decorated with elaborate repousse floral and scrollwork. It is hallmarked for Birmingham, 1904, with the maker’s mark W.D for William Devenport, the lion passant, and the date letter e. The base is finished with brown felt.
