A collection of 10 miniature glazed ceramic figurines, attributed to Wade Whimsies and likely originating from the Red Rose Tea promotional series. The collection features various primates, including monkeys, apes, and gorillas, depicted in seated, standing, and reclining poses. The figures are finished in monochromatic high-gloss glazes, primarily in shades of light tan, medium reddish-brown, dark chocolate brown, and one figure in deep black. Two pieces exhibit minimal polychrome accents: one figure climbing a tree trunk shows green glaze details, and a standing monkey wears a blue loincloth or skirt. The style is characteristic of mid-20th century novelty ceramics. No manufacturer marks or inscriptions are visible.
