A thirteen-piece vitrified stoneware coffee service produced by Hornsea Pottery, England, in the Palatine pattern. This mid-century modern set is crafted from Lancaster Vitramic stoneware and features a matte chocolate-brown exterior with a contrasting glossy white glazed interior. The decoration is executed in a dark transfer-printed geometric style, featuring panels of concentric wheel motifs, triangles, and vertical hatching. The service includes one tall cylindrical lidded pot, six cylindrical cups with simple loop handles, and six matching saucers with a geometric border. Each piece is marked to the underside with the printed factory mark: LANCASTER VITRAMIC / PALATINE / [Bird Logo] / HORNSEA ENGLAND. Pot Height 24.5cm, Cup Height 6.5cm, Saucer Diameter 13cm.
