A substantial mid-century Italian glazed ceramic model of a seated Rough Collie. This 1960s figure is realistically modelled in a seated pose with the head turned slightly to the right, featuring an expressive face with an open mouth and semi-erect ears. The figurine is finished in a high-gloss glaze with a traditional tri-colour coat in shades of sable, white, and black, detailed with finely sculpted fur. No factory marks, model numbers, or decorator signatures are visible, though the piece is characteristic of the animalier sculptures produced in Italy during this period. Height: Life-size.
