A pair of Royal Doulton hand-painted bone china figurines. The first, titled Autumn Breezes HN 1934, was modelled by Leslie Harradine and depicts a female figure in a wind-swept, deep red 18th-century style dress with a pink bodice, wearing a shaded purple and green bonnet and holding a white fur muff. The base bears the green Royal Doulton lion and crown backstamp, a printed designer signature, and a 1939 copyright date. The second, titled Sandra HN 2275, depicts a lady in a mustard yellow gown featuring white ruffles with black polka dots at the neckline, cuffs, and underskirt, wearing a wide-brimmed brown hat. It features the black Royal Doulton backstamp, a 1968 copyright date, various registered numbers including Rd No 936027, and the hand-painted decorator’s monogram KG. Approximately 20cm height.
