Buyer's Premium:

This lot features two signed cricket bats and a substantial collection of vintage ephemera. The first item is a full-size Hunts County Bats Autograph model featuring the signatures of the Durham County Cricket Club squad. Identifiable signatures include England international Paul Collingwood, alongside Mike Roseberry, John Morris, Wayne Larkins, and Stephen Hutton, suggesting the bat dates to the mid-1990s. The bat face includes a handwritten Durham CCC label at the shoulder. The second item is a mini Fearnley souvenir bat commemorating the 2008 Ashes Series for Deaf Cricketers, inscribed to Blyth Duncan. It features dual-squad signatures with the England team signed in black ink and the Australian team in green ink, including names such as Ron Young and John Wahl. A Gray-Nicolls soft-sided carry bag is included. The lot is accompanied by a storage bin containing various vintage printed materials, including a mid-20th-century travel guidebook titled Edinburgh: Lowlands Fife and Forfar, several antique bound books, and various historical documents and papers.
