A collection of twenty pieces of Irish Wade glazed ceramic ware, predominantly featuring Irish-themed motifs such as shamrocks and stylized leaves in earthy tones of brown, green, and blue-grey. The collection comprises seven three-leaf clover dishes, seven single-leaf shaped dishes, two miniature tankard-style mugs, one figural donkey cart with an integrated vase, one small round plate, and two triangular ashtrays. The small round plate bears the text ‘IRISH JAUNTING CAR’. An impressed circular mark on the underside of a leaf dish reads ‘MADE IN IRELAND’ and ‘WADE, ‘ accompanied by an ‘A’ logo and ‘© G.R.B.’, consistent with mid to late 20th-century souvenir or tourist ware production.
Condition report:
Good overall condition. No apparent chips, cracks, or significant surface damage observed upon preliminary visual inspection. Minor wear consistent with age and use may be present.
