A set of fifteen volumes from The Folio Society’s 1971 edition of William Shakespeare’s works. Each book is uniformly bound in cloth, presented in various colors including teal, dark green, blue, tan, light green, salmon, and brown. The bindings feature gold-foiled lettering and decorative motifs, with "WS" at the top of each spine, a stylized gold foliage design, and The Folio Society’s "FS" emblem at the base. Each volume is housed in an individual marbled cardstock slipcase.

The opened volume, "The Tempest, " identifies WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE as the author and THE FOLIO SOCIETY London 1971 as the publisher, with an introduction by Sir John Clements and designs by Ralph Koltai. The front cover of "The Tempest" features six stylized gold and black feather designs on a teal cloth background.
