An Indian or Pakistani Rosewood and Brass Inlaid Dome-Top Wedding Chest. Crafted from a dark reddish-brown hardwood, likely rosewood, and extensively decorated with brass hardware and inlay. The chest features a curved lid with panel construction, secured by brass hinges, and a decorative central brass clasp. Brass corner brackets reinforce the structure, and brass carrying handles are present on the sides.
