A collection of approximately two to three dozen vintage glazed ceramic planters, vases, and decorative figures by Hornsea and Sylvac. The collection predominantly features a charming woodland and nature theme, with items typically depicting various wild animals like squirrels, rabbits, deer, foxes, birds, and ducks, often integrated into designs of tree stumps, logs, leaves, or a waterfall. A notable piece showcases a Scottie dog on a horseshoe with the text ‘GOOD LUCK FROM BONNIE SCOTLAND’. The color scheme is largely earthy, utilizing browns and greens, alongside cream, orange, and occasional light blue or grey accents, all with a glossy finish. Visible base markings identify pieces from ‘HORNSEA MADE IN ENGLAND FAUNA’ (some with ‘ROYAL’ and the Hornsea logo) and ‘SYLVAC MADE IN ENGLAND’ with various model numbers, such as ‘4221’ and ‘4290’.
