A collection of approximately twenty glazed ceramic animal figurines, predominantly by Lomonosov (Imperial Porcelain Factory). The figures depict a variety of wild and domestic animals including polar bears, pandas, lions, leopards, zebras, penguins, weasels, and several dog breeds such as a Golden Retriever, a Corgi, and a West Highland White Terrier type. The figurines range in size and style, generally featuring a semi-realistic approach with a glossy finish. Visible markings on the undersides include red stamps reading “МФЗ” (Lomonosov Porcelain Factory) alongside “MADE IN USSR” on many pieces and “MADE IN RUSSIA” on others, indicating production from the Soviet era into the post-Soviet period. At least one figurine bears a black “MADE IN ENGLAND” stamp, denoting a mixed origin within the collection. The production period spans from the late 20th century (pre-1991 for USSR pieces) into potentially the early 21st century.
