A vintage 18ct yellow gold and white metal solitaire ring, featuring a central round brilliant-cut stone, diamond, securely held within a six-prong white metal coronet setting. This setting is mounted on a tapered yellow gold band with decorative bifurcated shoulders, consistent with an early to mid-20th century period style. The inner band is clearly hallmarked “18CT”, indicating 18 karat gold.
