A collection of twenty miniature glazed ceramic animal figurines, widely attributed to Wade Ceramics as part of the Whimsies series, often distributed through Red Rose Tea promotions. The collection features a variety of avian and woodland subjects including owls, ducks, flying swallows, squirrels, and roosters. The pieces are executed in a decorative, naturalistic style, utilizing a high-gloss glaze in a primary palette of cobalt blue, white, brown, tan, and gray, with limited yellow accents. One brown duck figurine is visibly marked underneath with the embossed text “ENGLAND, ” consistent with the manufacturer’s typical markings. The collection includes various forms and colorways from different series within the Whimsies line.
