A collection of three die-cast model vehicle sets, each enclosed in its original retail packaging. The first is a Hornby Railways model of the LNER ‘Flying Scotsman’ steam locomotive, numbered ‘4472’ with ‘LNER’ lettering, displayed on a wooden-effect base within its original polystyrene and cardboard packaging. The second item is a Corgi ‘Lancashire Holiday Set’, product number ‘97095’, featuring red single-deck bus models branded by ‘THE ORIGINAL OMNIBUS COMPANY’. The packaging states it “INCLUDING SELF-ASSEMBLY BUS TERMINAL”. The third item is an ‘Exclusive First Editions’ 1:76 scale orange and cream double-decker bus model, marked with ‘BOLTON’ and ‘NORTHERN’, and displaying advertisement text “Hire a coach or a [partially obscured] or even a [partially obscured]” alongside a ‘SELNEC’ contact number ‘061-373 3302’. The packaging for the double-decker notes “PRECISION DIE-CAST MODELS with PLASTIC PARTS”.
Condition report:
All three sets appear to be in well-preserved apparent condition within their original retail packaging. Minor dust and superficial wear are visible on the exterior packaging of all items. Contents appear undisturbed.
