A large, naturalistic replica fish mount depicting a Sablefish Anoplopoma fimbria, commonly known in the market as Black Cod. The single, three-dimensional replica is constructed of molded material, likely fiberglass or resin, and finished with a dark gray, patinated bronze-toned paint to simulate age or weathering. The mount features deeply sculpted scale textures, pronounced dorsal and pectoral fins, and a wide-open mouth painted with a pinkish interior detail. The replica is horizontally affixed to a rectangular wooden trophy plaque finished in a medium brown tone, featuring stylized, shaped corners. No manufacturer markings or inscriptions are visible.
