A single ceramic vase attributed to Moorcroft Pottery, executed in the Arts and Crafts or early Art Deco style. The vessel features a squat, tapered body with a short neck and flared rim. It is covered in a mottled, deep blue ground glaze, characteristic of Moorcroft’s cobalt blue wares. The exterior decoration utilizes the tube-lined technique to outline a large floral motif, likely an iris or hibiscus, which is then infilled with glossy glazes in shades of yellow, deep red, burgundy, and olive green. The base of the vase features a central recessed area bearing a visible stamp mark reading "MADE IN ENGLAND." Also present is a small, hand-painted green initial "S, " likely a painter’s or finisher’s mark, alongside a partially illegible impressed mark running along the edge, consistent with early 20th-century Moorcroft production.
