A single hand-blown art glass vase of tall, rectangular form with a square cross-section. The piece is constructed of heavy cased glass featuring a high-gloss exterior layer over an opaque white interior lining. The exterior color is a deep, dark hue, appearing aubergine or black. The decoration consists of abstract, continuous, wavy trails of applied white glass that wrap around the four vertical sides. The rim is slightly flared, and the base is recessed. The piece is unsigned and unmarked, consistent with modern studio glass or mid-century design.
