A collection of four hand-carved wooden figural sculptures, likely dating to the mid-to-late 20th century, consistent with tribal or tourist art. The collection includes items carved from different wood types, ranging from medium reddish-brown with a high polish to very dark brown/black wood with textured surfaces. The collection features an abstract sculpture depicting a kissing or embracing couple, carved from polished reddish-brown wood. Also included are a standing male figure holding a staff (polished reddish-brown wood), a crouching figure adorned with natural fiber raffia elements (dark textured wood), and a highly stylized, elongated standing figure holding a spear (dark textured wood). The pieces vary in carving technique and patination.
