A collection of decorative ceramic items featuring a Burlington Ware character figurine depicting Long John Silver. The figure is modelled wearing a green coat and tricorne hat with a parrot perched on his shoulder, bearing the mark Burlington Made in England J. Shaw & Sons Ltd to the underside. The group includes an Arthur Wood piggy bank with a white glaze and transfer-printed floral motifs, marked Arthur Wood England with the number 5649 to the base. Also included is a naturalistically modelled prowling fox figurine with a reddish-brown and black glaze, and a pair of ceramic candlesticks decorated with stylized foliate patterns in dark brown and cream tones.
