This Ozark Model 2038 is a contemporary five-string travel banjo, distinguished by its wooden soundboard featuring a vibrant sunburst finish in place of a traditional vellum head. The instrument is constructed with a mahogany-stained wooden rim and neck, paired with a dark wood fretboard accented by simple dot inlays. The headstock is finished in black with the Ozark brand name in white script, housing four geared tuners with white pearloid buttons. A fifth matching tuner is located on the side of the neck for the short drone string. Internally, the open-back design reveals a single metal coordinator rod for neck stability. The banjo is accompanied by a black padded deluxe gig bag.
