A set of two glazed porcelain bird figurines by NAO, a brand of the Lladró group. The first study depicts a single white goose in a dynamic, forward-leaning pose with its neck extended and head lowered, featuring delicate grey and blue shading and a pale peach beak. The second figurine depicts a group of three young goslings huddled together on a landscaped base with a vertical reed element, finished in glossy white with muted earth-tone washes to the base. Both items bear the printed NAO ship factory mark and HAND MADE IN SPAIN BY LLADRO to the underside. The gosling group also features impressed marks including 4 and S1. Height approx. 12cm.
