A traditional hurricane lamp, or photophore, featuring a flared campana-form clear glass shade with a brass-bound rim. The shade is seated upon a turned brass pedestal base, which includes a central candle socket and a shallow bobeche. The support consists of a baluster-form stem and a tiered circular foot.
