A fine pair of sterling silver napkin rings by the renowned silversmiths Roberts & Belk. Each ring features a sophisticated Art Deco engine-turned decoration throughout, accented by a single rectangular unengraved cartouche. The rings are of circular form and struck with a full set of British hallmarks to the exterior, including the maker’s mark R&P for Roberts & Belk, the lion passant for sterling silver, the crown assay mark for Sheffield, and the date letter B for 1944. The set is presented in its original period black pebble-grain case with a blue velvet and cream satin-lined interior. Dimensions: Standard size.
