This set of three footed sherbet or dessert bowls was produced by the Jeannette Glass Company during the early 1930s. The pieces feature the Poinsettia pattern, also frequently referred to as Floral, which is distinguished by its moulded floral designs and long, ridged leaves. Crafted in a transparent light green colour, these bowls are quintessential examples of American Depression-era glassware. The glass is UV-reactive uranium glass, which exhibits a strong neon-green fluorescence under ultraviolet light. Each bowl is designed with a wide, flared basin and a tapered stem leading to a circular footed base. Dimensions: Approximately 7.5 cm height x 9.5 cm diameter.
