A professional Moorcroft Pottery mantel clock featuring the celebrated Finches pattern, designed by Sally Tuffin. The rectangular ceramic case is decorated with hand-painted tube-lined imagery depicting birds amongst stylized fruit and foliage, set against a graduated background transitioning from a soft sage green to a deep cobalt blue. The circular white dial is signed MOORCROFT and features black Roman numerals with spade hands, all enclosed within a brass-toned bezel. The clock is powered by a battery-operated quartz movement. The underside is fully marked with the impressed MOORCROFT and MADE IN ENGLAND stamps, alongside a painted WM monogram and an impressed bell symbol, which serves as the Moorcroft date cipher for the year 1991.
