An antique rectangular document or utility storage box, constructed from pine with a dark brown stained finish. The piece features traditional dovetail joinery at the corners, providing structural integrity for domestic or workshop use. The interior remains in a natural, unfinished state, contrasting with the aged exterior. It is fitted with brass and steel hardware, including two rear hinges and a central lock mechanism.
