A collection of Wade Whimsies miniature glazed ceramic figurines, comprising a variety of animal subjects, nursery rhyme characters, and architectural forms. The assortment includes figures such as a turtle, squirrel, crocodile, lion, and various dog breeds, alongside stylised cottages and a grandfather clock. The pieces are finished in high-gloss monochromatic and polychromatic glazes in a palette of earthy tones including brown, green, ochre, and cream. Several figurines feature the impressed mark MADE IN ENGLAND to the base, with one specimen from a nursery rhyme series inscribed FAN TAN. The collection is presented within a partitioned blue cardboard tray.
