A 9ct yellow gold necklace comprising a fine curb-link chain and a rotating globe pendant. The spherical globe is mounted within a circular gimbal-style frame, allowing it to spin freely. The pendant features polished raised relief continents against a stippled textured ground, with continents including AUSTRALIA and S. AMERICA clearly labelled. The necklace is secured by a spring ring clasp and is hallmarked on an oval tag with 9KT and an indistinct maker’s mark. Chain length approximately 45.7cm (18 inches). Pendant diameter approximately 15mm.
