Lot 508: A collection of vintage powder compacts by Kigu and Stratton, sterling silver earrings, and a Danbury Mint coin pendant necklace

Buyer's Premium:

This collection comprises three mid-20th century powder compacts and two pieces of jewellery. The compacts include a gold-tone circular example by Kigu, featuring a linear engine-turned design, marked KIGU and MADE IN KIGU ENGLAND to the interior. A second silver-tone example by Stratton features a scalloped edge and engine-turned decoration, bearing the Stratton maker’s mark. A third smaller gold-tone circular compact is also included. The jewellery consists of a pair of sterling silver stud earrings by Next, each set with a square-cut clear stone, appearing to be cubic zirconia, presented in the original box. Additionally, there is a Danbury Mint silver-tone curb-link necklace featuring a bezel-set 1999 Elizabeth II one-pound coin pendant, decorated with pink and purple enamel accents, presented in a Danbury Mint case. Compacts measure approximately 65mm to 80mm in diameter.
