Saturday 11th April - Lladro & Royal Doulton & Worcester Figurine Sale
A Lladró glazed porcelain figurine from the Black Legacy Collection titled A Step In Time, model number 5158. The piece depicts a young Black girl in a pensive pose, leaning against a grey stone wall. She is modelled wearing a wide-brimmed white sun hat accented with a light blue ribbon, a light blue button-down blouse with a small red bow, and a long, tiered skirt in shades of pink and white with a subtle polka-dot pattern. A small, brown-glazed earthenware-style pot sits at the base of the wall near her feet. The figurine is finished in a high-gloss glaze. The underside of the base features the blue underglaze Lladró backstamp, which reads LLADRÓ HAND MADE IN SPAIN © DAISA 1982, along with an incised D-14 M and various impressed maker symbols.Unboxed
