Saturday 11th April - Lladro & Royal Doulton & Worcester Figurine Sale
This elegant Lladró glazed porcelain figurine, titled Spring Splendor (model number 5898), was issued in the early 1990s. It depicts a graceful young woman in a flowing white gown adorned with delicate blue and pink floral patterns along the hem. She is draped in a voluminous, billowing mauve shawl and carries a small woven basket filled with intricate, hand-formed multi-coloured flowers. The piece exemplifies the classic Lladró aesthetic with its soft pastel palette and fluid lines. The underside of the base bears the official blue manufacturer backstamp, reading LLADRÓ, HAND MADE IN SPAIN, © DAISA 1991, alongside the incised model number 5898 and various production marks including A-27 S. The item is accompanied by its original branded cardboard box from Valencia, Spain. Approximately 31.75 cm in height.
