Saturday 11th April - Lladro & Royal Doulton & Worcester Figurine Sale
A significant and highly detailed glazed porcelain sculpture by Lladro, titled Flowers of the Season (Flores de la temporada), model number 01001454. Designed by the celebrated sculptor Jose Puche and first issued in 1983, this piece depicts a female flower vendor tending to an elaborate cart. The composition is notable for its soft pastel colour palette and the inclusion of dozens of individually handcrafted porcelain floral blooms in pink, white, and yellow. The scene is further detailed with a blue parasol topped by three small birds, a grey watering can, and multiple woven-style baskets and buckets filled with flowers. The figurine is finished in a high-gloss glaze characteristic of fine Spanish porcelain. Height: approximately 30 cm.
