Saturday 11th April - Lladro & Royal Doulton & Worcester Figurine Sale
A finely crafted glazed porcelain figurine by Lladró, titled Passion and Soul (model number 8683), issued to commemorate the factory’s 60th anniversary. The figurine depicts a female flamenco dancer in a dynamic pose, wearing a traditional tiered white gown with vibrant red ruffles and a black shawl. She features a delicate red porcelain rose in her hair and holds a large decorative fan in shades of black and red. The underside of the base bears the blue underglaze Lladró factory mark, LLADRÓ, HAND MADE IN SPAIN, and © DAISA 2012, alongside a special 60th ANNIVERSARY Valencia – Spain stamp. Several impressed and incised marks are also present. Includes the original blue presentation box. Height 35 cm.
