A matched pair of stud earrings by the Byzantium Collection, London. Each earring is designed as an openwork marquise-shaped frame in white metal. A single, small, circular-cut clear stone is set into the lower point of the inner frame of each piece. The earrings are fitted with post and butterfly scroll backs. One earring displays an incised mark to the lower front surface depicting a stylised symbol or creature. The pair is presented in a black faux-leather box with a cream fabric lining, featuring the gilt text Byzantium Collection London inside the lid.
