Published by Knockabout Comics in the United Kingdom, the series features the work of Gilbert Shelton and Dave Sheridan for the first three volumes, with Books 4 and 5 attributed solely to Shelton. These are early UK softcover editions in a staple-bound format, each featuring an original “75p” price circle printed on the front cover.
