This collection is led by a vintage Chinese Chess (Xiangqi) set manufactured by Art Brand. The set comprises wooden cylindrical game pieces featuring black circular inserts with white pictorial symbols, alongside a large, folded paper playing board printed with red grid lines and Chinese characters. The set is contained within its original cardboard slipcase-style box, which bears the Art Brand name and logo. The lot also includes a portable miniature travel chess set featuring circular plastic pieces in black and white with gold-tone printed symbols, housed in a clear plastic case that functions as the playing surface. Additionally, there is a group of five unused packs of chess diagram stationery, each containing 400 Peel and Stick Chessmen and 20 diagram blanks for game recording and puzzle creation.
