A pair of graduated art glass plates attributed to Walther Glas, West Germany, in the Tulip pattern. These pieces are designed in the form of stylised open flowers with deep, ruffled, and scalloped rims. The construction features molded glass with a combination of clear and satin frosted finishes. The colouration graduates from a clear centre to a translucent pink or cranberry tint at the edges. The organic floral form is characteristic of late 20th-century European decorative glassware. These items were also distributed under the Mikasa brand name. The plates are shown on display stands which are not included with the lot.
