A collection of approximately fourteen vintage costume jewellery brooches and pins featuring a variety of mid-20th-century designs. The group includes a prominent blue cold enamel floral brooch with green foliate accents; a silver-tone filigree flower brooch set with three central faux pearls; and a white metal floral spray brooch set with marcasites. Stone-set pieces comprise a large gold-tone cluster brooch with clear baguette and round-cut rhinestones; a rectangular banded agate brooch in a geometric engraved silver-tone frame; a large statement brooch with a central emerald-cut red glass stone; an oval red paste cluster brooch; and a large oval cabochon brooch in mottled blue-green. Figural items include a silver-tone double-horseshoe brooch with gold-tone accents, a white metal trotting horse pin, and a small black leaping animal pin. Also included are a small oval cameo brooch with a faux-pearl border, a teal enamel pin with a guilloché-style finish, and a small red ceramic floral pin in a circular box. Metals include gold-tone and silver-tone base metals and white metal. Stones consist of clear and red paste, banded agate, and faux pearls. No maker’s marks are visible.
