A set of glazed ceramic miniature houses produced as commemorative liquor bottles for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. These items, known as Delft Blue houses, were manufactured by Blue Delft’s for Bols Royal Distilleries to contain Genever gin. Each house is modelled after traditional Dutch architectural styles with blue-painted windows, doors, and gables against a white ceramic body. The collection includes houses numbered 55, 56, 57, and 60. Architectural features include various gable designs such as stepped and neck gables, tiled roof textures, and external staircase detailing. The reverse of each house is printed with its identification number, the Bols name, and the KLM crown logo. The bases are marked with printed blue text: Blue Delft’s exclusively made for KLM by BOLS. Certain examples feature incised 2017 dates on the unglazed bases alongside their house numbers.
