An Italian mid-20th-century decorative sculpture depicting a cluster of grapes. The piece consists of approximately 20 individually carved and polished alabaster grapes in shades of pale creamy-yellow and light amber. The translucent stone features natural variations, including subtle reddish-brown veining and internal inclusions. Each grape is secured to a central gnarled section of natural vine wood, which retains its original textured bark. The grapes are attached to the wood using internal wire armatures.
