A Troika Pottery marmalade pot of square form, manufactured during the Newlyn period circa 1970–1983. The piece is crafted from white earthenware and features hand-decorated, incised, and moulded geometric relief patterns across the four sides. The exterior body is finished with a heavily textured surface using earthy brown and ochre oxides, contrasted by a smooth, glossy dark cobalt blue glaze to the shoulder and raised circular collar. The interior is finished in a smooth, pale cream glaze. The base is hand-marked in black pigment: TROIKA, CORNWALL. AJ., attributing the decoration to Ann Jones. Dimensions: 9cm x 9cm x 9cm.
