A lot consisting of two decorative wall-hanging items. The first is an oval wall mirror dating to the late 20th century, designed in the Rococo revival style. The frame is constructed from a gilt composition or resin material and features ornate scrolling foliate cresting at the top with integrated shell motifs and further floral and foliate clusters around the perimeter. The finish consists of a gold tone with a dark antiquing wash applied to the recessed areas. The mirror plate is finished with a bevelled edge. The second item is an empty rectangular picture frame dating to the late 19th or early 20th century, designed in the Neoclassical style. This multi-tiered frame is constructed of moulded composition over a wooden base and features a wide central frieze with an embossed repeating floral and scrolling foliate pattern, bordered by an outer foliate edge. The frame is finished in a muted ochre-gold paint. A black hanging cord is attached to the reverse.
