The poster features a large monochrome graphic portrait of Michael Caine set against a pale yellow ground. The film title is depicted in large semi-transparent block lettering overlaying smaller character portraits of the female cast members including Millicent Martin, Jane Asher, and Julia Foster, accompanied by handwritten-style captions such as Alfie is smashing and Alfie is wicked.
