A pair of B&B Italia Metropolitan swivel lounge chairs, designed by Jeffrey Bernett. The chairs feature a black leather upholstered bucket-style shell with integrated armrests and a characteristic horizontal opening at the lower back. Each chair is supplied with a matching removable seat cushion and is mounted on a four-star polished aluminium swivel base. The interior lining fabric beneath the cushions is woven with a repeated B&B logo pattern. One chair retains a UK fire safety label confirming compliance with The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988, Batch Number 35952.
