A framed late Victorian watercolour painting on paper by Alfred Goodfellow (British, 1853-1933). The composition depicts a multi-storey stone building, likely a mill, situated adjacent to a waterfall and stream within a rural landscape. The work is signed and dated Alfred Goodfellow 1899 in the lower right corner. The painting is presented behind glass in a cream-coloured mount and a dark wood frame with a gilt-effect inner slip.
