A Robert ‘Mouseman’ Thompson workshop hand-carved oak ashtray of rectangular form. The piece features a central circular recessed bowl with two cigarette notches. A signature trademark mouse is carved in high relief to one corner with its tail extending along the upper rim. The oak displays a fumed finish and warm patina with prominent grain throughout. The underside is flat and plain.
