A cast metal sculpture of a walking horse, attributed to the designs of Claude Leclerc for Austin Sculpture. The piece is rendered in a realist style, with particular emphasis on the anatomical musculature and a flowing, textured tail. The horse is depicted in a walking gait with the near-side foreleg raised. The sculpture features a dark brown patina with heavy green verdigris accents across the entire surface. It is mounted on a separate, stepped oval wooden plinth with a dark reddish-brown finish. No maker’s marks, signatures, or foundry stamps are visible on the cast or the base.
