This lot comprises a collection of unopened trading card packs and an original cardboard retail counter display box for the Star Wars Trilogy Collection produced by Merlin Collections. The individual foil packs are finished in a reflective silver material and feature graphics of Darth Vader with the Star Wars logo and Trilogy Collection subtitle. Each pack is marked as containing five movie trading cards and carries the Merlin Collections logo. The cardboard display box features corresponding graphics and identifies the product as containing 50 packets in multiple languages. Price markings on the box include UK 35p, I 1.000, and E 50 ptas, indicating a European release. This series was released in the late 1990s to coincide with the Star Wars Trilogy Special Edition films. The lot includes one display box and multiple unopened packs.
