A collection of vintage boxed games and activities, primarily dating from the 1970s and 1980s. The group features Zaxxon The Family Version of the Arcade Game by MB Games; Subbuteo Table Soccer Continental Club Edition manufactured by Subbuteo Sports Games, Langton Green, Kent; Downfall by MB Games; Battling Tops by Ideal; Trivial Pursuit Master Game Genus Edition; and Escape from Colditz by Parker. The Escape from Colditz game is noted as being devised by Major P.R. Reid, M.B.E., M.C., based on the BBC TV series and historical accounts. Also present is a flat-packaged item depicting a B-Type Motor Bus. The games are housed in their original printed cardboard boxes, which contain various plastic and card components.
